Site Manager – N18 (Totttenham)

BMS require an experiuenced Site Manager for ongoing works in the Tottenham area of N18.

You will have at least 5-10 years experience of running Construction Sites & a background in the following (NOT Housebuilding) is required:

Scope of Works

* Groundworks

* Cladding

* Modular installation (shell only)

* Minor M&E works

The project is primarily focused on managing the external works package.

Site Manager Requirements

The successful candidate must hold:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* Valid CSCS Card (Black Manager Card preferred or relevant management-level card)

* CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test

* First Aid at Work Certificate

* Relevant construction experience in site supervision/management

* Groundworks and cladding experience is essential
