About the Role of Design Manager:

Exciting freelance opportunity for a Design Manager to work on a commercial refurbishment project in South East London, offering a competitive day rate.

An opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager to join a reputable main contractor on a prestigious residential scheme in South East London, valued at approximately £12M. The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.

You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Senior Design Manager and Design Director This is a long-term role, expected to last a minimum of 12 months.

Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Design Manager who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on Commercial projects.

The ideal candidate for Design Manager:

Strong experience in Commercial refurbishment
Proven main contracting experience
Excellent communication
Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
