Health & Safety Manager

Hygrove Partners are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company specialising in social housing and new build domestic developments, based in Wolverhampton.

The Role:

You'll take ownership of health & safety across social housing and new build residential sites, ensuring compliance with current legislation while embedding a strong safety culture as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement and monitor H&S policies and procedures across social housing and new build domestic sites

– Conduct site audits, risk assessments and incident investigations across occupied and void properties, and new build plots

– Advise senior management on compliance and best practice

– Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training to site teams

– Liaise with housing association clients, principal contractors and the HSE as required

What We're Looking For:

– NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) essential

– Proven H&S management experience within residential/social housing or new build domestic construction

– Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels

– Valid CSCS card essential

– Own transport essential

– Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas

What's on Offer:

– £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
