Electrical Supervisor – Social Housing

Hygrove Partners are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, working on social housing and new build domestic projects across the West Midlands.

The Role:

Supervising electrical teams across occupied and void social housing properties and new build domestic plots, ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervising electrical teams across multiple social housing and new build domestic sites

– Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and H&S standards

– Managing programme, quality, and client expectations

– Liaising with housing association clients and residents where required

– Reporting into senior management on progress and issues

What We're Looking For:

– Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)

– Previous supervisory experience within social housing or new build domestic

– 18th Edition essential

– Valid CSCS card essential

– Own transport essential

– Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas
