Job Title: Static Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client are a large prestigous school based in Godalming , they are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join an existing on site team team. The Salary is between £30-33.5k working Monday to Friday.

As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Plumbing repairs and installations
Carpentry work
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
General maintenance and repairs as required
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely mannerQualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in minor plumbing, minor carpentry, and general maintenance
Relevant trade qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused approach
