Senior Site Manager

Actively recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a well established principal contractor with a strong track record of delivering high quality construction projects across London and the South East. Now recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join an existing team for a large scale fit out scheme in joint venture with a tier 1 Principal contractor. This role requires a proactive individual who can bring enthusiasm with the very best leadership.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager you will e responsible for managing the day-to- day site operations on a complex, high value scheme. Reporting into an on site Senior Project manager and leading a team of Site Managers in order to deliver the scheme on time and within budget. As you will be partnered with a Tier 1 Principal contractor there are extra processes and paperwork required so the ideal candidate will be able to take a hands on approach to this.

Requirements for the role

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager either with a Principal or subcontractor managing fit-out schemes up to £10million.
Strong technical construction knowledge and leadership ability
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Experience of delivering high-spec residential, commercial or mixed use projects
Ability to resolve challenges effectively and proactively
Be proactive in your approach to ensure processes and procedures are adhered to correctly and with enthusiasm.
