Site Manager – Restaurant Fit Out

Site Mananger – Nottingham – Restaurant Fit Out – 16 week programme
Are you a site manager with experience of managing fast-track restaurant fit-out projects on behalf of chains or independent operators?
We are recruiting for a site manager, from a joinery background, to oversee the fit-out of a new restaurant in Nottingham town centre, with the strip-out starting next week.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
* Coordinating site labourers and sub-contractors
* Reporting to the on-site project manager
* Holding site meetings
* Ordering materials
Experience & Requirements
* SMSTS,CSCS , First Aid
* Can Demonstrate a track record of delivering restaurant fit out projects
* Joinery background
* From a main contractor or joinery subcontracting background
* prepared to be flexible with shifts and working hours
* Local to Nottingham
* Can provide references
