Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a well-recognised fit out and refurbishment company focusing on commercial projects.

About the role of Project Manager:

Working on CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects valued up to £10 million across Central London.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Playing an active part in running programme & delivery on site
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completionRequirements for Project Manager:

Experience working on projects valued up to £10 million
CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes are desired
A desire to build strong client relationshipsWhat we offer for Project Manager:
