The Opportunity:
Due to continued success, the business is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cardiff team. You’ll take full commercial responsibility for large-scale design and build projects, acting as the No.1 QS. This is a key role offering the chance to work autonomously on prestigious schemes, with support from an experienced commercial and operational team.

What We're Looking For:

Strong background with a main contractor
*
Experience running large projects independently from start to finish
*
Deep understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts
*
Commercially strategic, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles
*
Proven ability to mentor and manage junior staff
