We're now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team and help drive excellence across multiple live projects.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the delivery of roofing and cladding projects from award through to completion. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, programming and resourcing
*
Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and supply chains
*
Manage pre-construction activities including RFI schedules, RAMS, and procurement
*
Liaise with clients and designers, reviewing drawings and resolving issues
*
Drive construction progress, quality assurance, and HSE compliance
*
Support financial control and cost management alongside QS team
*
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company values
What You’ll Need
*
Proven experience managing roofing and cladding projects
*
Knowledge of health & safety and environmental standards
*
Strong communication and leadership skills
*
Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence required
*
Asbestos Awareness, IPAF, and NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) are desirable
