My client is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Project Manager with proven experience delivering High end joinery and kitchens within super-prime residential properties. This is a key role requiring exceptional project control, client service, and technical understanding to deliver some of the most exclusive interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of bespoke joinery and kitchen packages from post-order through to installation and final client sign-off.

*

Manage the full project lifecycle from design coordination, through manufacture and installation

*

Oversee the delivery of luxury bespoke kitchens and architecural joinery, and maintaining design integrity down to the finest detail.

*

Liaise directly with UHNW clients, interior designers, quanityt surveyors, architects, and main contractors to manage expectations and ensure clarity at every stage.

*

Manage budgets, variations, and timelines to ensure commercially sound delivery without compromising on quality or client satisfaction.

*

Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, finish, and quality control particularly across high-impact areas like kitchens, wine rooms, dressing rooms, and feature joinery.

*

Champion health & safety compliance and industry best practice across all phases of delivery.

*

Travel as required across the UK, predominately in super-prime London Areas

Candidate Profile

Demonstrable experience managing high-value joinery and kitchen installations in super-prime residential environments.

*

Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the business confidently to UHNW individuals, and leading design professionals.

*

Expert in interpreting and managing detailed design intent and producing coordinated solutions under pressure.

*

Commercially astute with hands-on experience managing variations, supplier contracts, and project finances.

*

Calm and highly professional, with strong leadership and time-management skills.

*

Deep appreciation for high-end materials, fine craftsmanship, and precision detail.

*

Willing to travel as needed, with a regular presence on-site in Prime London areas
