I'm working on behalf of a well-established construction consultancy that's actively looking to hire an experienced Project Manager with a background in rail and/or infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-value, complex infrastructure schemes across the UK. They have a healthy project pipeline and are looking to grow their team with a confident professional who can lead client-facing delivery.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for managing infrastructure or rail projects from start to finish – coordinating stakeholders, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. You'll operate in a consultancy environment where communication, attention to detail, and proactive project control are key.

Responsibilities:

Leading full project lifecycles, from feasibility through to handover
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Managing risk, programme, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants
Delivering regular reports to senior stakeholdersWhat I'm Looking For:

Solid experience as a Project Manager within rail and/or infrastructure
Background in a consultancy environment is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of NEC or similar contract forms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plusWhat's on Offer:
