We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a bank refurbishment project in the SE area.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Requirements
* SMSTS – essential
* CSCS – essential
* First Aid – essential
* Previous Site Management experience, ideally within refurbishment/commercial environments
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
* Good communication and organisational skills
