Long term freelance opportunity for a Technical Manager in West London paying a competitive day rate.

A Technical Manager opportunity to work with a well known main contractor working on 250 unit residential project.

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Technical Manager to join their design team. This is an opportunity to be based within the office and on site. As Technical Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing technical team and have full support from a Technical Director.

Our client works on large schemes usually £80M+. For this role you must have main contracting experience with either a tier 1 main contractor or SME.

For this role, our client Is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 6 months plus contract of work.
