About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join a well-established, family-run construction and development business based in Bury. Specialising in fit-out, commercial, and multi-residential schemes, the company delivers projects ranging from £50k to £2m in value across the Northwest.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to all stages of project delivery, working on a diverse range of fast-paced and high-quality developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
Assist with site coordination, contractor liaison, and delivery planning
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards, escalating issues when needed
Prepare project documentation, site reports, and client updates
Attend site visits, design meetings, and progress reviews
Help ensure health & safety and building compliance standards are met
Work closely with senior managers to support project delivery and learn key processes
Requirements:
Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a busy project delivery environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
Desirable:
Previous experience in a construction environment (placement or junior role)
Understanding of JCT contracts and construction processes
Knowledge of the fit-out or residential development sector
