Site Manager

Site Manager required for a fit-out of a large office refurbishment in the Glasgow area. The project is commencing Monday 19th October and running for 20 weeks. The requirement is day shifts.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage the refurbishment project.
– Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
– Conduct site inductions.
– Attend and lead client meetings.
– Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
– Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.
– Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.
Essential Experience
– Proven experience as a Site Manager.
– Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
– Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
– Good communication and organisational skills.
– IT literate.
Must have the below qualifications –
– SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
– First Aid Certificate
– CSCS Card
– Fire Marshal
– Asbestos Awareness

An experienced Site Manager who can independently run a large site, manage subcontractors effectively, maintain client relationships, and ensure the project is delivered safely and on schedule
