An established and forward-thinking Building Services Consultancy in Leeds is looking for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their growing sustainability team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work across a wide range of innovative projects and play a key role in delivering sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post-construction
Coordinate with design teams, clients, and contractors to achieve sustainability targets
Compile and manage BREEAM evidence for certification
Provide expert advice on sustainable building design and compliance
Stay current with the latest updates to BREEAM, GLA, and Net-Zero policy requirementsRequirements:

Licensed BREEAM Assessor (New Construction preferred)
Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering BREEAM assessments
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience working within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary design team
Knowledge of related sustainability tools (e.g. OneClick LCA, IES, DesignBuilder) is desirableBenefits:
