Assistant Site Manager
Our client is a regional developer undertaking mixed use, new build residenial schemes. Turnover is £550m with individual projects from £50m – £200m
The need now exists for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on site in Lambeth.
The development is a £100m+ regeneration scheme.
The position will report into the Senior Site Manager and our client is seeking applicants with experience on similar projects.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £40k – £50k + full package
