Business Development Manager – Construction

Location: Oxfordshire (3 days in-office per week)
Salary: £55,000–£70,000 DOE (includes £5,000 car allowance) | Performance-based earnings up to 30% of total salary

The Role:
• Generate and convert new business opportunities across construction and refurbishment projects
• Build strategic relationships with architects, developers, and key decision-makers
• Support bid and tender submissions in both public and private sectors
• Align sales activity with broader sustainability and social value goals

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience selling construction services or projects (not materials or physical products)
• Ideally from a main contractor or smaller construction company
• Consultative, strategic approach to business development
• Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle
• Existing network in architecture, development, or local government is a bonus
• Based within reach of Oxfordshire (e.g. Reading, Swindon, Milton Keynes)
