Finishing Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their large residential scheme in South West London.

As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of around 80 RC frame apartments, taking units from 2nd fix stage through to CML and client handover. You will be responsible for driving the units on site, managing the subcontractors out on site and reporting into the Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have worked for a leading residential developer/resi main contractor and be able to deliver units under pressure.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid cert and payments are made via CIS.
