V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing projects, in and around the North West!

* Main contractor background

* Experience on Housing projects is necessary

Duties:

* Reporting to a Contract Manager.

* Managing a project through to delivery.

* Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.

* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.

* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.

* Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.

* Quality control.

* Direct line management for Site/ Package Managers.
