Site Manager Demolition

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Demolition Site Manager to work with an experienced demolition business in London.

They often act as Principle Contractor however will act as sub-contractor on occasions with demo packages up to £4m.

Typical projects will involved cut & carve, soft strip out, facade retention and full building demolition.

Role and responsibilities involve:

Mixed experience working within the demolition sector
Able to manage teams of operatives and ensure best practice of work
Overlook site labour and materials
Write and review method statements and risk assessments
Implement a high level of health and safety
Client meetings / management
Reporting to senior leadership team on progress

Our client has the ability to start someone at short notice, and able to wait for the right person if you have a notice period.
