Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with senior leadership and take responsibility for managing teams, client relationships, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple commercial and residential projects across London
*
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure project success
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour
*
Ensure compliance with H&S, legal and regulatory requirements
*
Work closely with the Director to support business growth and client development
*
Monitor budgets, project progress and resource allocation
*
Lead by example, fostering a positive, solutions-focused team environment
Requirements
*
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Senior PM role within construction
*
Strong background in commercial and residential building projects
*
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
*
Financially astute with experience in budget management and project controls
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
*
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
*
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or similar
