Freelance Quantity Surveyor

The client on this one are a main contractor with an exceptional reputation operating on high end residential schemes across London and the surrounding counties.

A Freelance Quantity Surveyor is needed to join the commercial team to help deliver a large residential new build scheme in the heart of London. With the project in its infancy, you will be with them from Procurement right through the Final Accounts with the scope for this one to be about 2 years.

Strong experience on residential new builds is required with a main contractor. Someone with a degree would be preferred.
