Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: London/hybrid
Salary: £70k to £80k plus performance bonus
Sector: Concrete Repairs (Civil Engineering)

This £200m T/O civil engineering group is keen to appoint a BD Manager for it's specialist structural services division – delivering structural repair, protection, and refurbishment across the UK. "Concrete repairs" is a new business stream within this successful and growing division, and is a natural add on to their existing concrete cutting business.

The Role

They're looking for a well-connected Business Development Manager from a Concrete Repairs contractor, to expand their client base and secure new enquiries. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and work with the Operations team/MD to win work in infrastructure, industrial, nuclear, aviation, marine and commercial sectors.

Requirements

* Proven sales or BD experience in the concrete repairs sector

* Strong industry network/contacts

* First class communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated and target-driven

* Willingness to travel UK wide
