I am in the market for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager for a key client of mine, based in the West Midlands. As Pre-Con Manager, you will have full autonomy for the pre-construction department in the office, reporting directly to a Regional Managing Director.
My client, win their projects through varying routes but in the main, via the following procurement routes; Two Stage, Negotiated & Framework routes. Projects, vary in value from £5m to £100m.
