* Ensuring that costs, time and quality never stray from their wellappointed paths

What we’re after:

* Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably with High End Residential projects)

* A knack for keeping things on track and under budget, even when the world seems set on chaos.

* The ability to speak both construction-speak and “boardroom” fluently
