£50,000 – £60,000 basic + Healthy OTE and Package

We’re working with a leading fire protection provider to recruit a Business Development Manager with a technical background in passive fire solutions. This national role focuses on delivering installation and maintenance services across key sectors, including Education & Student Accommodation, Hotel & Leisure, Healthcare, Social Housing, and Commercial Workspaces.

Role Overview:

Develop and convert opportunities in fire doors, firestopping, barriers, and compartmentation

Manage client relationships with developers, end users, housing associations, facilities managers, and property managers

Sell full-scope installation and maintenance solutions, ensuring ongoing compliance

Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams for seamless project execution

Focus on both framework agreements and bespoke project work

What We're Looking For:

Experience in technical/solution sales within passive fire protection

Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and products (e.g. fire doors, barriers, intumescent systems)

Proven success managing complex sales cycles within public and private sectors

Existing relationships in sectors like education, healthcare, and social housing preferred

Full UK driving licence
