M&E project manager

I am currently working alongside one of the UK's leading FM contractors who are looking forward to welcoming an experienced M&E project manager to their team in Didcot.

Job Description

Mechanical and electrical project manager
Working alongside the UK's leading FM contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £1bn.
Overseeing M&E works, refurbishments, new installations and minor projects which range from £25k-£1m.
Located on site in Didcot.
Fixed term contract of up to six months (extension available)
Market leading pay – up to £360 per day (DOE)
You will receive company equipment such as phone, laptop etc.
Contracted to 40 hours per week with overtime available. Main responsibilities

Undertake the management of staff on site relating to your projects.
Attend site visits with client, commercial team and supply chain.
Liaise with clients, design teams and any other stakeholders.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Manage sub contractors.
Prepare and manage project documentation.
Attend regular meetings with the chair.
Compile and submit O&M manuals upon completion. Essential Criteria

Demonstrate previous experience in a project management role.
Hold strong communication and management skills.
Hold knowledge in construction design management.
Experience in delivering projects up to £1m.
