Supply Chain Manager (Operations – Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations Team!

About the role:

Joining us as a Supply Chain Manager, you’llsupport delivery teams, assessing resource requirements and will be supporting the management of the day-to-day activities. You’ll ensure that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints. You’ll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety & Environmental management, and compliance, whilst ensuring exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

About You:

Candidates will be able to work individually or as part of a team and will have proven experience within a similar role. You’ll have excellent leadership skills motivating, supporting and mentoring a range of teams in order to delivery excellent services to our customers.

Key attributes to this role are as follows:

• Sourcing subcontractors

• Supporting the onboarding process, including cost negotiations, Inductions

• Subcontractors Portal training and support

• Developing the portal for subcontractors

• Compliance management of subcontractors

• Coordinating subcontractor communications

• Set-up and maintain supply chain partners (SCP) data structure on system to hold key records e.g. training, certification, performance reviews etc

• Supporting operations with SCP WIP reduction

• Schedule Performance Reviews, facilitate, but operational managers to lead

• Facilitating SCP toolbox talks / information updates

• Supporting/meeting subcontractors with operational/commercial team where issues e.g. complaints, commercial aspects

• Point of contact for SCP escalations e.g. voice for SCPs and Operations where required

• Developing relationships with our key suppliers and the timely provision of goods and services

• Good project management skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Good IT skills/ability to use IT systems

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided along with a flexible approach as you’llbe required to travel to sites around the area.
