Salary: up to £70,000 plus package

I’m on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join my client’s team and lead some exciting Projects. You'll be running the show — managing programmes, budgets, contractors, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

* Taking full ownership of construction projects (you’re the boss on site)

* Coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Making sure everything’s safe, compliant, and up to spec.

* Solving problems on the fly and keeping clients in the loop.

* Leading with confidence and mentoring junior team members

What they’re after:

* Solid experience managing Industrial Unit projects.

* Worked on project values ranging from £6M-£24M

* Degree in Construction Management or similar (desirable)
