An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor at the forefront of luxury natural stone supply and installation.

With a strong pipeline of high-spec developments and a growing demand for their bespoke services, this business is looking to strengthen its commercial team with a talented Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting from tender to final account

* Preparing take-offs and bills of quantities

* Handling subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations

* Overseeing contract administration and risk management

* Collaborating closely with project managers, estimators, and design teams

* Ensuring commercial control across multiple projects

* Providing accurate and timely financial forecasts and updates

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within construction, fit-out, or specialist subcontracting

* Strong understanding of contract law and commercial best practices

* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

* Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

* Experience with natural stone or high-end finishes is a strong advantage
