This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who offer master planning and urban design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work on high residential projects within their Newcastle studios.

Manage and deliver residential projects from inception through to completions
Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, contractors and other multidisciplined members of the teamsRequirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience managing complex projects within the residential sectors
Job running experience
Strong technical and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and within a team
