You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that delivers cutting-edge solutions across fire safety, asbestos management, CDM advisory, health & safety consultancy, and compliance training – all underpinned by strong values and a commitment to doing things the right way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of a wide range of client projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts

Managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective project delivery
*
Conducting risk, value management, and cost control exercises
*
Advising on procurement strategy and contract administration
*
Monitoring project progress and preparing regular financial reports
*
Managing subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts
*
Liaising with clients, project managers, and site teams across the region
*
Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be experienced in quantity surveying within construction, building services, or a related technical consultancy. You’ll be confident with numbers, clear with communication, and unafraid to roll your sleeves up when needed. If you’ve got experience across fire protection, compliance, or safety-led environments – even better.
