Key Responsibilities:
✔ Champion their health & safety culture across the business and with subcontractors
✔ Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices
✔ Review subcontractor safety documentation and systems of work
✔ Conduct regular site inspections and lead H&S initiatives
✔ Support internal training and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence

What our client requires:
✅ NEBOSH or relevant H&S qualification
✅ Proven experience in construction safety advisory roles
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Confident in incident investigation and report writing
✅ CSCS card holder
