This is a privately owned contractor based in the heart of Birmingham known for delivering high quality large scale accommodation schemes with project values reaching up to £100m.

The Opportunity:

As an Estimator or Senior Estimator, you’ll be a key player in the Midlands-based pre-construction team. Working closely with the bid team from their Birmingham HQ, your role will be pivotal in securing new projects through accurate and competitive cost planning.

Your Responsibilities:

Producing detailed cost estimates and supporting commercial strategy

Liaising with the bid team to develop project package approaches

*

Analyzing and managing supply chain responses

*

Preparing and issuing tender enquiry documents

*

Offering commercial insight and support during bid submissions
