Project Coordinator
Calling all graduates, JR Project Manager, Jn Site managers, or construction managers for an exciting new opportunity to join a new and exciting Facility maintenance/ small projects company as a Project coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career—perhaps with experience in property, design, FM, surveying, construction, or general project management—who is ready to step into the fast-paced world of construction project coordination.
You’ll work closely with the Projects team to support the planning and delivery of FM-related construction, gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills in procurement, contractor coordination, H&S compliance, management of subcontractors, and client liaison.
What You’ll Do
* The project coordinator will assist in coordinating and delivering small-to-medium-scale FM and refurbishment projects
* The project coordinator will support the preparation of project documentation, scopes of work, and schedules
* The project coordinator will liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* The project coordinator will attend site meetings and carry out site inspections
* The project coordinator will track project budgets, progress, and milestones
* The project coordinator will Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM, and other regulations
* The project coordinator will work directly with clients to understand their needs and communicate updates
What are they Looking For?
* Graduate level to someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a relevant role (FM, construction, interior fit-out, property, or project coordination)
* Degree or qualification in Construction, FM, Architecture, Surveying, business, or a related field (desirable, not essential)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Confident working on multiple projects in a client-facing role
* Enthusiasm to grow in the construction/FM space and learn on the job
