Senior Quantity Surveyor – Drylining / Drywall (Hybrid Working)
Flexible working isn’t just a buzzword here it’s genuinely built into the culture. Whether you prefer the office, working from home, being on-site, or a mix of all three, you’ll have the freedom to shape your week around what makes the most sense for you and the project.
We’re working exclusively with a specialist drylining subcontractor looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in drylining.
You’ll need to have a solid background in Quantity Surveying and managing drylining and ceiling projects, whether that’s:
* A large £10m+ drylining and ceilings package, or
* Several smaller projects in the £1m–£4m range.
This is a hands-off environment in the best way possible. You’ll be trusted to commercially manage your projects how you see fit.
That means:
* Hybrid working tailored to you and your workload
* Autonomy and no micromanagement
* Support from a solid commercial team behind you
* Accountability with full commercial control and the chance to make a real impact on margins
You’re a Senior Quantity Surveyor, right? A Pro.
You’ll be given the tools, the team, and the flexibility to get the job done your way.
Projects are based in Oxford and Slough, so if you're on the west side of the M25, this works nicely. That said, all travel is covered whether you're heading to site or the office.
The company employs a great bunch of people who know how to have a laugh and work hard. You’ll need to be able to adapt to a pressured environment when the time calls, as the company does have high expectations. But don’t worry these expectations come with solid rewards, including:
* 10% annual bonus (which has been paid out every year since its inception)
* Generous holiday and pension packages
* Travel expenses fully covered
This drylining and ceiling subcontractor has been in operation for five years with an annual turnover of £24M and £4.5M in cash reserves, so they’re cash-rich and ready for growth.
