A well-established planning consultancy with a dedicated in-house design team is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and growing practice. Based in Reigate, the company specialises in a wide variety of planning and design projects across the UK, with a particular emphasis on residential and care sector schemes. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments, the team combines planning expertise with innovative architectural solutions. While prior experience in the care sector is not essential, the practice offers in-house training to support development in this area.

Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD
Support planning and design teams with technical input across a range of residential and care sector projects
Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout project stages
Assist with site visits, surveys, and compliance checks
Contribute to the preparation of planning and building regulations submissionsIdeal Candidate:
Intermediate to Senior level Architectural Technologist with substantial UK-based experience
Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong technical skillset
Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
Confident communicator and effective team player
Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills
