An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic architectural professional, including Part 2 Architectural Assistants or Architectural Technicians, to join a busy Retail Team based in Guildford, working on retail design and fit-out projects for a global client.

Manage and deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept through to completion
Produce technical and presentation drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Attend meetings and carry out site visits where necessary
Coordinate with the wider design and delivery team to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and client brand standards
Adapt to working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectivelyIdeal Candidate:

RIBA Part 2 qualified or Architectural Technology degree with several years UK based experience
Experience in retail architecture or commercial fit-out projects
Strong technical and design skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Relevant architectural qualifications or equivalent professional experience
