Junior Project Manager

We are working with a respected construction firm based in London, currently looking to hire a Junior Project Manager to support and lead the successful delivery of a range of residential and commercial schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and confident individual who thrives in a client-facing role and is looking to grow their project management career within a well-established business.

Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to post-completion
Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Review and implement project strategies, making necessary interventions to ensure successful delivery
Attend and lead client meetings, producing accurate and timely minutes
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Use project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) to track progress and manage time lines
Requirements:

Experience managing construction projects across both residential and commercial sectors
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships
Confident in holding meetings and reporting on project performance
Familiar with project lifecycle from design and planning through to handover
Competent using project management tools, especially Microsoft Project
Excellent communication and organisational skills
