We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor with a strong presence in both commercial build and residential housing. They’re delivering a flagship social housing new build project in Liverpool, and are seeking a proven Senior Project Manager to lead from the front.
This role will focus on a single high-value scheme initially, with future potential to oversee multiple projects across the region.
🏗️ The Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full accountability for delivering a major social housing project from pre-construction to completion. You’ll manage operational teams, programme performance, and be the key client interface on site.
The initial scheme is a multi-phase development, but the business has a strong pipeline, meaning this role may grow to cover more than one project as part of your progression.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrated success delivering residential new build projects valued at £6M+
* Strong experience with a main contractor
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
* Proven client-facing experience – confident, articulate, and solution-oriented
* Strong understanding of construction programming, H&S, commercial awareness, and quality control
* A forward-thinking, strategic approach with an eye for long-term delivery and development
