Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is one of the UKs leading SME who have built a reputation for delivering high quality, design led homes across the South and Southwest. With several sites live and, in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join what is already a high performing Commercial department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Place contracts for all relevant subcontractor work on their developments

* Prepare subcontract enquiries, send out for pricing and ensure that contracts are placed in line with the build programme

* Produce a detailed trade specific scope of works and qualification notes for all enquiry documentation

* Analyse subcontractor quotes and form a recommendation on who to appoint

* Ensure standard terms and conditions are agreed with all orders/contracts placed
