You'll typically oversee 2-3 live projects at a time, working with experienced site teams and reporting into a regional leadership team that knows how to support without micromanaging.

What you'll need:
✔️ Solid main contracting background
✔️ Experience delivering multi-sector build projects
✔️ Strong organisational & leadership skills
✔️ A genuine focus on quality and client relationships
