The role:

Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, valuations and final accounts.

Analyse project costs, identify risks and find cost-effective solutions.

Liaise with subcontractors, clients and suppliers to ensure commercial targets are met.

Support the delivery teams with clear financial insight and advice.

Who you are:

Experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with fire protection sector.

*

Commercially aware, organised and confident in negotiation.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your workload.
