Bee Construction Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected client to find an experienced finishing foreman for a prestigious project located in Bournemouth Town.

This is a freelance role offering competitive day rates and the opportunity to work on high-end residential and office fit-out schemes. The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry background, possess excellent attention to detail, and have the confidence and assurance needed to drive quality finishes through to a smooth handover in September.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a finishing foreman

*

Background in carpentry is essential

*

Experience with high-spec residential and office fit-outs

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage snagging and ensure the highest standards of finish

*

Proactive approach to problem-solving and quality control

Role Overview:

Oversee and coordinate finishing trades

*

Ensure work is completed to specification, on time and to a high standard

*

Report progress and issues to site management

*

Push for a seamless handover in September
