Resident Liaison Officer

18 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis for our social housing client in Stratford. This is primarily an office based role but will require site visits.

Key Responsibilities

* Reporting repairs, liaising with management and tenants so tenants are informed on the works

* Duty of care, noticing and noting any vulnerabilities and report to correct services where required

* Deal with complaints and reports in line with procedures, taking care to investigate and resolve all MP, Councillor enquiries and complaints

* Excellent telephone and email manner

Requirements:

* Experience of working with vulnerable residents

* Adapting style to meet the specific needs of individuals

* Experience of working within a customer services environment

* Full Clean Driving license

* Flexibility regarding travel and working at various sites, and attendance at evening meetings

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
