I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice who is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team in Northampton. The practice has a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public sector projects and is known for its client-focused approach and commitment to excellence.

Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to final delivery
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and team members
Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersRequirements:

Qualified Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
ARB registered
Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
Proficient in Revit (essential)
Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
