Job Title: Document Controller

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized Document Controller to join our team in London. You'll be responsible for managing and keeping track of important project documents – making sure everything is up to date, easy to find, and shared with the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage electronic and paper documents for various construction and engineering projects.
• Make sure drawings, reports, and contracts are correctly named, stored, and version-controlled.
• Work with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure everyone has the latest information.
• Upload and download documents from project platforms like Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, or similar systems.
• Keep records of document revisions and who’s received what.
• Help with filing, scanning, printing, and general admin tasks.

Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
• Comfortable using document control systems such as Asite, Aconex, Sharepoint, 4Projects etc
• Good attention to detail and able to follow processes closely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office based role
