We’re working with a leading cost consultancy in London that's expanding fast — and they’re looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing residential team. This full-time hybrid role offers hands-on experience across a variety of high-profile UK residential schemes, from early-stage planning right through to completion.
You'll support senior team members on all aspects of cost management and be part of a collaborative environment that encourages learning, growth, and progression.
What They’re After
* 1–3 years’ UK experience in construction or cost consultancy
* A solid grasp of cost planning, procurement, and post-contract work
* Eager to learn and support Senior Quantity Surveyors day-to-day
* Working towards MRICS/APC or keen to start the process
* A sharp eye for numbers, detail, and quality
* Strong communicator – confident with clients and colleagues
* Motivated, adaptable, and a team player
* Real interest in real estate and construction
